Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; ensure all original tags are attached and the boots are in their original box.
Package and Ship
Place the branded shoe box inside a sturdy shipping carton to protect the leather and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
